Who we are
Hadria Systems is run by [Company legal name: not set], [Postal address: not set]. We're responsible for the personal information this site collects.
Questions or requests: adrian@hadriasystems.com.
What we collect
| What | Examples | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Contact details | First name, work email, mobile number, company website | You, on step 1 of the application |
| Application answers | Company type, the bill line you name, rough yearly spend, renewal timing, who signs off. Saved step by step, even if you don't finish. | You |
| Booking details | Call date and time, reschedules and cancels, your replies to confirmation emails and texts, our notes from the call, how much of the prep video you watched | You, our calendar, our team |
| Orders | What you ordered, the amount and whether it's paid. Payment is arranged with you directly; we don't collect card or bank numbers on this site. | You |
| Teardown files | Invoices, usage exports, contracts and renewal quotes you choose to send under NDA | You |
| Public company information | Which tools your website runs on | Public sources, looked up before a call |
| Cookies and pixels | Our own cookies (to resume your application and remember which link brought you), plus cookies set by Meta, Google and LinkedIn | Your browser |
| Campaign tags | UTM tags (source, medium, campaign, content, term) and ad click IDs (fbclid, gclid, li_fat_id) | The link you clicked |
| Device and usage data | IP address, browser user agent, pages viewed, scroll depth, video progress, time on each application step, buttons clicked | Your browser and our server |
We don't ask for sensitive information such as health data or government IDs. If a file you send contains something like that, tell us and we'll delete it.
Why we use it
- To read your application and pick the right next step: a call, the free Renewal Playbook, or neither.
- To book, confirm and remind you about calls, by email and, if you opted in, by text.
- To prepare for the call, including a look at what your website runs on.
- To deliver a teardown you've paid for, and any work you hire us for after it.
- To send the playbook, follow-up emails and the renewal reminders you asked for.
- To measure which videos, pages and ads work, and to show our ads to people likely to be a fit.
- To stop spam and fake applications.
- To keep the records the law requires, such as tax and payment records.
We never use your teardown files for advertising.
Pixels and the Conversions API
- Our pages can load the Meta pixel, Google's tag (Google Analytics) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. They record what you do here, such as page views, video progress, opening the application, finishing step 1, submitting, booking a call and paying, and send it to those companies.
- We also send some of the same events from our server, through Meta's Conversions API and Google's Measurement Protocol. That helps the platforms count results that browsers block or miss.
- To match a server event to an ad, we send Meta a hashed (SHA-256) copy of your email, phone number and first name, with your IP address, user agent, ad click IDs and Meta cookie IDs. Hashing hides the raw values in transit, but Meta can still match them to an account. It doesn't make the data anonymous.
- The platforms use this to measure our ads, to find people similar to those who apply, and for their own purposes under their own privacy policies.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the Meta pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google's advertising features stay off for that browser, and our server doesn't send your events to ad platforms.
California: "sharing" and your rights
California's privacy law (the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA) calls it "sharing" when a site gives pixel and conversion data to ad platforms for cross-context behavioral advertising, even when no money changes hands. We do that, as described above, so you have the right to opt out.
| Category (CCPA terms) | What it covers here | Shared for advertising? |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, email, phone, IP address, cookie and click IDs | Yes, with Meta, Google and LinkedIn (hashed where noted) |
| Internet activity | Pages, video progress, clicks, application steps | Yes, with Meta, Google and LinkedIn |
| Commercial information | What you bought and when | Purchase events only, with Meta and Google |
| Professional information | Company, role, the bill line and spend you describe | No |
| Inferences | Whether your application fits a call | No |
- We don't sell personal information for money, and we don't knowingly sell or share information about anyone under 16.
- We don't seek sensitive personal information.
- You can ask to know what we hold, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of sale or sharing. You can use an authorized agent. We won't treat you differently for asking.
- Other states have similar laws. We honor the same requests from anyone, wherever they live.
Your privacy choices
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sale and sharing for that browser, automatically. You don't need to email us.
- Opt out by email. Email adrian@hadriasystems.com with "Do not sell or share" in the subject, from the address you applied with. We'll stop sending your information to ad platforms from our server and mark your record so it stays that way. This covers you on any device, not just one browser.
- See, fix or delete your data. Email the same address and say what you want. We'll check it's you by replying to the email we have on file. We'll confirm we got your request within 10 business days and answer within 45 days.
- Emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Texts. Reply STOP to any text.
- Cookies. Block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site still works, but the application may not resume where you left off.
- Ads. Meta, Google and LinkedIn each let you control ad personalization in your account settings.
How long we keep it
- Applications that don't lead to a call or a client: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Ask and we'll delete sooner.
- Clients: for the length of the work, then as long as tax, accounting and contract law require.
- Teardown files: until the teardown and any work after it end, then deleted or returned as the NDA says.
- Resume links: they stop working after 7 days.
- Our cookies: the one that resumes your application lasts 30 days. The one that remembers which link first brought you lasts 90 days.
- Opt-out and unsubscribe records: kept, so we keep honoring them.
- Ad platform cookies: set and kept by Meta, Google and LinkedIn under their own policies.
Security
- The site runs over HTTPS.
- Only the people who need your information to do the work can see it.
- Links we email you use random tokens. We never put your email or name in a link.
- This site never asks for card or bank details.
- No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change matters, we'll also tell you directly where the law requires it.
